The minimum short break booking is two nights. Bookings for 5 and 6 nights will be charged at the appropriate weekly rate for the cottage booked. Prices include gas and electricity charges, with bed linen provided. Towels may be hired at £7.50 per head. Payment for short breaks is due in full at the time of booking. Pets are charged at £15, £17 and £19 per pet for 2, 3 and 4 nights. Family groups must include at least one child over 2 years with a maximum of 4 adults. A couple with one child under 2 years will be charged as 2 adults. Large groups occupying more than one property will be charged according to the numbers in each property. Short breaks may not be available during school holidays.

High Season: Easter School Holidays, May and October Half Term School Holidays, June to end August.

Low Season: January to April (except Easter School Holidays), September to December (except Christmas and New Year).
